INDEMNITY:
The college shall not be liable for any damage on account of injuries, which may be sustained by the student at any time during her stay in the college, while studying, other extra-curricular activities inside or outside the college, participation in educational tours or any kind of outings organized through any means of travel.
EXPULSION:
The Director/Principal can, in the interest of school, can expel a student from the college for the following reason:
- Where in his/her opinion the student has failed to accept the discipline of the school and her continued presence is detrimental to the interest of others.
- Where the student fails to come up the academic standard required.
- If it is proved that admission has been obtained on production of false documents.
- There the student is found involved in any kind of ragging, strike or anti social activity.
